If you are facing Error as below while Installing Oracle Business Intelligence Administration Client tool on Windows 8, Like below Errors.

Just Try to Install Oracle BI Administration Client on compatibility Mode.

Follow Steps here :

Right click on installer -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Compatibility Mode -> Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for (which version)

Try for Windows 7
