Setting up Multiple OBIEE systems/Instances on 64-bit windows server 2003

Generally there are two ways of doing creating two instances of OBIEE on Same Server:

1. A new instance of the BI system with in the same Oracle Home (Two Instances)
2. A complete new install of the BI system on the same server (Two Oracle BI homes)
